Ordered sunglasses for Christmas present. Received email from Elaine about question I had about the sunglasses- she replied and so they were ordered. Have never received an email confirmation of the order, that it has been shipped and yet the card was charged for the item, shipping, etc. As of 12/20/14 the emails sent inquiring about the status of the item ordered and the subsequent emails sent requesting a refund have been returned as "undeliverable". Credit card company has confirmed that the funds have been received by YKT but they have no further contact information about this business.
