I am disabled and have neurological damage and tremors
Writing is difficult plus computer putting words in wrong place. I have 4 year warranty on computer that was purchased in may now will be 3 years. It is a lemon from day1. I have called at least weekly to now monthly do tto hospitalization and sickness documentation provided upon request.They refuse to give me a new computer as the contract says. I pay for support yearly to fix. It has had 4 mother boards and many other things. This is impossible to write do to the words are moving on their own. had this problem many times.fed up. They rebuild it and said that would fix it. It was worse pluse as I told them once again I being disabled would need to pay again 200$ set up fee. my data was lost in addition had to pay 200$ too recover This was in june now they want me to send it to fix for 14 days after they said they pwould replace and pay for set . I cannot write any more with fixing each word. This was broken from day 1 and it is documented. At this point I do not want to pay any more. I could have purchased a new computer. what can I [email protected]
