I purchased 3 tubes of this product (BioLab Mask) via the Internet. Their product is purchased on-line. I am located in Greece. I have been trying to contact [email protected] -which is supposed to be their "after-sales" email address but they have never reverted. I have complained to a certain phone number here in Athens and have filed several complaints. They have never replied to my continuous requests. I want to send two of their un-used products back and get my money back. They simply DON'T REVERT.
