I ordered 163.00 usd November 2, 2014. According to the shipment tracker it was shipped November 8 in 3 boxes. I Received 2 of the boxes early December. I waited until this week to see if the other box would come in. It didn't, so I left a complaint on their support site. There answer was "Shipment date: 11/8/14. It takes 15 - 25 days to arrive.". I did the math and at the time of the complaint it was 39 days. So, I sent another message to which they have not responded.
