I called to cancel my account and was given an RMA# to return the product. I returned the product 3 days later and with in a week called to confirm it had been received...and it was also signed for when I tracked it which I then discarded of the tracking number as I believed after confirming I was in the clear. Then to my surprise on Dec 17 I was charged for the un-returned product and all they could tell me was that they had no information about me calling regarding the return. Therefor I not only paid for the product I returned at and I don't even have it anymore to use what I have now paid for. Not to mention they sound like they have a damn script and well because everyone is foreign they would not deviate and talk to me like a human being which made things even worse.
