I am a brand new aunt. I wanted to buy my brand new nephew something special for Christmas. I ordered him a tool set that is supposed to have his name personalized on it. I ordered this over a month ago to make sure I would get it in plenty of time for Christmas. They took the money out right away. I never received what I ordered. I called, left messages, sent emails, contacted them through social media. No response. How terrible. Tricking people trying to buy something special for children. I don't have the time or money to fix this disappointment. I'm so very sad & disappointed that I don't have a Christmas gift for my nephew now. Shame on you babyscholars.com
