Manager had us waiting around in lobby and following him downstairs to retrieve a drink from Margaritaville - ended up giving us our $40 back, when complained to corporate - took them 3 weeks to get back to me. Never even got a chance to complain about the food as my time wasted was more the issue. If you wanna dine at a nice location I suggest going anywhere but Ruth's Chris.
