We ordered some product on 11/09/2014. We have had 3 different charges to our credit card of 10/11/2014 - $ 5.68 11/11/2014 - $ 6.26 08/12/2014 - $112.55 Total - $124.49 We have not received any product to date. We can not seem to get through to the "care team" that we have not received the order. It is hard to have a trial period with no product. They tell me they will not do refunds via emails only on the phone because it is more secure.?????
