Within the trial time,14 days, I called for return authorization number, which I received. I returned the package as per their instruction. I kept th tracking number for over a month, thinking all was well, especially since i received a phone call from them saying they were concerned and wanted to know why it was returned. THEY BILLED ME $89 THE FIRST OF NOVEMBER!! After being HUNG UP on by 3 customer service reps, this evening,Dec 15,i spoke with a Todd, telling me in order to get a refund i was to have called with the tracking number and requested a refund. This before I was ever to have been billed, because they don't communicate with their shipping department, and its my bad luck they have my money and I have nothing. They are running a scam and should be put out of business.
