I had ordered a FREE Trial offer $4.95 each for a total of $9.90. Immediately withdrawn from my bank account. On December 12 I opened my bank account and saw two withdrawals....one for $89.85 & $89.15. I went right to my bank and closed out the account. Called the phone number I was given for the company and all I got was a recording stating I had cancelled any further orders. I had not placed an order, yet I got an email confirming my order.
I filed a dispute with my bank and began emailing both the companies...Vibrante & NuDerma and also was able to talk to someone at Vibrante. He denied having a thing to do with NuDerma...even though when I call each number, their recording is identical in voice type. I told him they were scammers and he offered to refund half of my money (or I assume half of $89.85. I hung up.) Yesterday I got an email letting me know they were going to refund the $89.85 and yes, it was back in my bank today 12/15. Now what about NuDerma. I have sent them scathing emails and attached links where many many people have been scammed by them This is their racket and am sure they are getting rich.
Moral....do not ever order a FREE Trial of anything.....their crooked methods give all companies a 'black eye'.
