Decided to try this search engine for info on my sister. The quoted price was 9.99 as an entry level user. The info they provided was completely worthless, and I cancelled immediately. I was then billed twice for a total of 80.00. When I called them for clarification and refund, they lied about their quoted price and refused to refund my money. This company is an outrageous fraud and should be investigated and shut down.
