While registering at my online bank, there was a promotion from Derma Juvenate for a product at a lower price. I paid 3,79$ on Sep 22, 2014. There was no mention of a monthly contract or automatic account set-up, otherwise I would have not bought anything in the first place. I have probably been charged the same amount in November, but I currently cannot view my past visa details. Here I noticed it straight away, because I did not use my visa card, so I was surprised to have a payment. I phoned the company an hour ago and their only response is that they can cancel my account but can not refund me. Can I get my money back? I there anything I can do to get it back? Is what this company doing legal?? Thank you in advance, Rebecca B.
