My mother purchased 2 items for $4.95. One from equinox and one from RVTL. she was then charged a Foreign Transaction fee several times. Then she was charged $93 and $99 for each product and found an additional charge for $93 "Juicy Plump Lips". I called the company and was told by 2 different people that I was lying and that they have never heard of Juicy Plump Lips. I was also told she would have to pay for the shipping send each product back and will never receive the $4.95 back and she will even have to pay a restocking fee of $20 for each item. Then she will receive a refund for the $93 and $99 (minus the restocking fees). At the end of 3 hours speaking with several different people I was given a confirmation code and told that just for me they would make an exception and refund the Juicy Plump Lips because it IS a product of RVTL....un-freaking-believable. I doubt we will ever see a dime.
