Aloevella Wrinkless Cream

I responded to a pop-up ad on the internet which I have not seen since. I read it to say that the cream(s) were free, pay only Shipping $3.95. It also emphasized that the Wrinkless Cream and the Ayur Cream must be used TOGETHER for them to work properly. I ordered both, therefore, but only received the Wrinkless, NOT the Ayur. I did not use it immediately, and by the time I read the insert, over 30 days had expired. My credit card reflected charges of $150 and $108 as well as a separate shipping charge for the Ayur cream. Customer Service said that they were both in the same box, with only 1 tracking number, but I told him that Ayur was not listed on the receipt, much less being in the box. He did say he would "put a ticket in" for the Ayur (meaning refund?) but would not budge on the Wrinkless. I took it up with my credit card co. and am waiting. I really feel this was a typical internet scam because of the nature of the pop-up ad.
