I don't know the location, i purchased a wig on line the co name is wig buy , advertised that the wig was %100 human , well is was not
also advertised that the wig could be parted anywhere and it can not it is not even wearable. I have asked for my money back and every time i only get the run around, they told me if i mailed the wig back i would still not get a refund. I am very up set because $ 190. is to much money to through away. I just don't know what else to do.
