Received call on 12/9/14 telling me my PC was about to crash and I was informed that their anti hacking department said my pc was about to crash. They indicated (a person named Justin) that I needed to purchase this to prevent my pc from crashing. I paid $177.78.

When I asked them to show me proof of the problem they should be a screen with problems highlighted. They sounded very legitimate, looks like I fell for a scam. Now I'm out $177.78, great expense to have around christmas time.
