When I filled out a survey about my recent interaction with Amazon.com I was given an opportunity to receive a free gift in exchange for having filled out the survey. I selected a watch which was supposed to be FREE but I had to pay 5.99 in shipping. I did. I really wasn't expecting much....but for 5.99, who cares? The watch came, ugly as a box of rocks, and I gave it away to anyone who would take it at work! Today I noticed a charge for 95.00 on my card. I called the 888 number, but of course no one was there to answer. I see others have had the same problem. Hope you can help.
