First scam i think is when i called thinking First scam i think is when i called thinking they are associated with Toshiba. i was sold a protection system. And since then they call me and each time they call they go through a list of things that is happening g to my computers (did not happen before, happens more frequently since i started using them). MY LAST ENCOUNTER WAS TODAY, this tech 22 has no manners and no customer service skills .
Disrespectful, ignorant. I am the customer and he tell me that I don’t understand and iam wasting his time ( note that they called me ).
I challenge the company HR, CR to call me. When calling: don’t call during my work hours. With all the complaints and on BBB and other places I doubt it if they will call. And I hope they’re ethical enough not to retaliate
