I purchased software support in the amount of $1.89 for one time charge. I was looking at my account the following morning and saw a charge in the amount of $88.24 for "software pros"; not $1.89! I immediately contacted Software Pros only to get a recorded message informing me that someone will return my call within 24 hours. Unfortunately, my further research about this company states that Software Pros is a scam!
