I sent for FREE trial as offered Oct 17,2014. They sent me this, I used the product it made me break out in severe rash. I sent it back in 13 days and they acknowledged they got return. I also told them 3 times to cancel my card info. 1 week later they took 189.00 out of my bank account! I called them , emailed etc several times. They said" we decided you dont qualify for the trial so you must pay the $189.00". Didnt make any sense at all. They then tried to make a deal with me, to only charge me $94.70(half price)if I would buy the product. I said NO as it was a bad product, and I didnt like it. It was returned to them, yet they wont return my money or the product! So its literally theft. I now have my bank investigating this transaction and Visa company. They are a scam company and are stealing money with peoples card information. thanks, Kathleen Jacobs
