I have an account as a trader with optionrally. I put USD6000 in my account and opened long term trades. At the same time my account manager in this company -named Bryant smith- put same amount in my account and never told me it is a bonus. I never received any email is this regard and never accepted any bonus, neither in written nor verbally. Anyway I had some trades in optionrally platform that I lost and some that I won. All came together to the point that my account balance became USD12345.22 and my account showing USD6345.22 as available fund for withdrawal.
It is a long time that I applied for withdrawal, but my account manager every time cancels it. At the beginning he told me that I must trade 30 times of my deposit to can withdraw it and referred me to their terms and conditions, but absolutely there is not such a thing and when I explained him that your reason for canceling my withdrawal is incorrect, he did not have any thing to say.
I sent several emails to complaint and withdrawal departments in this company, but nobody responded me. I explained them that as per item 8 under clause 7a. Bonus of their Terms of service, my request is absolutely correct and legal and they cannot decline it. optionrally can withdraw its bonus of $6000 form my account,if I withdraw mine and then my balance will be zero and I am happy with that, but nobody neither responded to my emails nor called me.
