I ordered a free sample for skin cream and paid for the shipping charges (about 15.00)with my credit card. I received the cream, thought it was useless and put it away. In November, I received an email stating that a vip order was being shipped to me. I emailed them to say I did not want it, but there was another email saying it was shipped and I had a bill for 189.00. I emailed them to say I wouldn't accept it, but a neighbor picked it up from the depot thinking it was a favor.( I didn;t ask him to do this). The DHL shippers told me that I would have to get a waybill from the skincare company or else I may have to pay around $100 to ship it myself. I contacted Lifecell regarding this request for a waybill but have not heard from them so far. I do not have this kind of money to spend, so I am really hoping to get my money back. Thank you for your help.
