I wish i ws this site before i started using solid trust pay. Solid trust pays has proven to be a payment processor with the wast customer service i have ever dealt with.

On the 19th of November i transfered $500 from my businesss to solid trust pay and and by the time we did convertion, it came to £305 and then i made a withdrawal from solid trust pay to SOLID TRUST OWN STPay Debit card which is suposed to take 3days and up till now i am still waiting as the money has not appeard on my card.

On the 24th of November the status on solid trust pay shows the transaction has been approved but i can't see the funds. I sent in a ticket after 4 days with no responce. Then i sent another ticket a few days later and still there was no responce.

Then i contacted the stp card company which responded immidiately and adviced that i contact solid trust pay as they havent recieved such funds from solid trust pay.

Solid trust pay eventually responded yesterday to say their records shows that the funds has been available sonce 28th of November on my card. I contact STP debit card again and i was told that transaction never got to them. so they adviced that i copntact solid trust again which i did but up till now, there is no responce and i have no idea what happened to my money.

This has been a nightmare. I promised myself neveer to use them again and i will tell all my friends amnd family never to use solid trust. I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP

  • We have researched this complaint, and it can be confirmed that the member received the full value of their STPay INTL Card load on December 4. After the client sent support tickets and called in, STPay spent considerable time investigating and contacted the card provider, who admitted that the client's load was NOT completed when we submitted the request back in November, despite what they were telling the client above. STPay emailed and apologized to the client above advising them of what happened, and confirming that their load had been completed. STPay has a policy that if an expected transaction is not done in the stated time frame, the member may contact us for a refund of the associated fees. We have added the value of the fees for this member's card load back into this STPay account as compensation for all the trouble and inconvenience. To conclude, we reiterate again that the error was not on the part of STPay, but that of our contracted debit card provider, to whom we have issued a complaint so that other members do not experience such an inconvenience!
