On 28 September 2014 I contacted ErrorEnd with a request for full refund under the terms of the 60 day money back guarantee. To date I have received no response!

I have encountered several users of Errorend who have experienced the same poor service and whom describe your service as a scam!

Summary of Events

28 September 2014

I trawled the internet for an error message which was displayed on my email, I was having problems in that I could receive emails but not send them. I found Errorend and read the details of how your organisation could help me with the download of a piece of software specifically designed to eliminate all email errors at a cost of £31.30.

Once again I was led to believe that the purchase of this specific piece of software would eliminate all errors and restore my emails to full working order.

Only after download was I informed that I had to call ErrorEnd to activate the software. This is highly irregular and I feel it was implementation of the sales technique.

I spoke with a ‘technical expert’ called Sherrie G. Sherrie G helped me to download the software and ran a free scan as indicated by Errorend website. It was at this point that Sherrie callously commenced the sales technique, firstly she told me I had a good computer and then I feel that she tried to invoke fear when she informed me that there
were a lot of errors on my computer in order to secure a sale. She informed me that my security software was not checking for Malware, Adware or Spyware. May I inform you that Sherrie G is mistaken, I have checked my security software and it does indeed check for Malware! Sherrie G failed to explain why the Errorend software failed, but instead stated that I would need a 14 point tune up which was approved by Microsoft for a sum of £220! I pointed out that I had been led to believe that a software programme at a cost of £31.30 would completely solve the problem! To reinforce my concern that she was applying the sales technique, Sherrie immediately dropped the price to £100 at which point I told her I was not prepared to pay it.

The above leads me to question whether Errorend software products are fit for purpose and is the cause of serious concerns about the integrity and conduct of Errorend personnel.

28 September 2014

After speaking with Sherrie G, I ran the software again several times and still the errors persisted and my email problem remained. I then decided to request a full refund via the ErrorEnd contact page.

To date I have not received a full refund under the 60 day guarantee.
