The same thing happened to me. I even made sure I read everything to make sure it was only a one time payment. Next thing I know my account has been over drafted because they charged me an unauthorized amount. I never received any phone call. And I have tried to reach them but I can never get anyone on the line. I spoke to my bank and I am currently in the process of hopefully getting my money back.
