I want to return skin care products, as they burn my face. I was pressured into purchasing face creams on top of the "risk-free" trial I had agreed to. In order to get a refund, I have to return the products at my expense. After a lot of time on the phone with a third party customer care supervisor, Glen, I was told that I had to pay the shipping in order to receive a refund. This is not what I was told when I agreed to the offer. On the paper that I received with my order, it states "risk-free trial...no commitments, no hassles. This is not a free trial, if I have to pay for the shipping to return products and it has become a hassle. Glen would not give me the phone number to call flawless youth directly; would not let me speak to his superior; and would not give me the name of the company that he worked for. I got absolutely no satisfaction from the so called customer care. What kind of scam is this anyway? Please be very cautious if you receive a call from this company or decide to sign up for a trial of their products! Even if you don't submit the free trial form, they still call you. How is this possible? If I wanted to continue, I would have submitted the form. In order to find out details, you have to fill in the form. Whether you submit or not, they still call you.
