Ordered trial sample of skin pur/wsi clears.this was not done on their official site, which that site states you only have 14 days to stop. The site I used had no information staing that. Nor when I recieved sample product was there any documentation with product stating this. I contacted my bank, not knowing what the $89.97 & $99.99 charges were for. Have set up for a fraud case for these amounts. I am on line with company at 1-800-507-7782, and they will not refund whole amount, but say they have cancelled my account. They only will refund $50 per product, which still leaves me minus $89.96. This is not acceptable to me considering they had no documentation stating requirements for sample.
