I was looking for a alternate way to exchange cashu to paypal as my regular site was down for maintenance, So i came across this website and looking at the reviews in the "customer reviews" thought I'd give it a try.
So I spoke to the online rep and he politely replied saying it would take a maximum of 30 mins...and I waited and I waited..nothing! the funny thing is as soon as I start chatting with them the chat window closes and the replies are all one sided.
Thankfully, not 100% satisfied I sent a small amount of $30, happy that I did not invest my remaining funds as they were 100$+ cards. Sad that these type of people still exist.
