We have bought from this company a 40ft container of 24480 Kg of 100% Polyester DTY 150D/48F/1 SD DDB NIM yarn, their invoice # SHIL140410 value USD 39168, but have received 4080 Kg instead, for a value of USD 6528.
It has been now more than 3 months, since the arrival of goods, we are negotiating with them, without success .

We appreciate if somebody can help us in this matter, as they seem to be specialised in fraud field.
