good Morning,
our company has purchased a sampling of iPhone6 Apple said original from the company in question.

The form of payment request was Western Union and dated 19/11/2014, we sent the required sum of $ 396.00.

After two days of our request by mail, there was formulated a tracking number DHL according to which we could trace the delivery. DHL on the site, this number was not recognized by the system, and we suspected.

So, after our request for further explanations, the company responded that the Chinese customs had held the package and we would have to pay another $ 300.00 for unlocking.

Misrepresentation, DHL fact, has its own internal customs office that calculates the taxes on the shipment in progress and such fees to be paid only upon delivery in the country of import.
 
Our company as usual importer duly registered with the Panamanian customs, knows the procedures and stating his case to the other agency, required to be refunded or at least that the request for additional money was made by DHL .....
The company in question responded that customs would destroy the package !!
