On 11/11/2014 I got a phone call from a man with an Indian accent who told me that my computer was hacked into and I should put on the computer so he could show me what was wrong and how to resolve it. They were controlling the computer and a blue icon was installed on the desktop. They claimed to be anti-virus personnel from Microsoft Co. They claimed my identification was being compromised worldwide. They advised installation of a new security system to fix this issue. they quoted a cost of $199.00 US dollars which I paid via Credit card.They contacted me on many occasions at the following numbers:

I would like this issue resolved promptly so that i can use my computer safely and I would like to see my refund within two weeks if possible.
