Someone used both my credit card and email address to get a "subscription" for these products. I was not aware of the shipments of product, I travel often. When I called customer service to alert the company of the fraudulent subscription and request a refund I was told that "it was my responsiblity to secure my credit card" and that my "account" was verified because they had my email address. The customer service rep was rude, condescending, and not helpful. They tried to refund me $100. I told them that was not enough to satisfy me and asked to speak to a manager. I was then told that all managers were on a conference call, that I could not have their direct telephone numbers, and that the customer service rep was "responsiblel for the call" so I should be happy with the exception they were willing to make by giving me a $100 refund. Definitely a SCAM! I'll have to fight this through my bank...
