Signed up originally Oct. 20/14 for lifetime transferable tech support for 3 computers at a cost of $350. Also bought PCMRI malware program for same 3 computers for $395.50. They set up one computer but when I called Nov. 10/14 to have the second computer they upsold me for Panda Internet Security for $452 which they said I needed because the virus protection conflicted with the PCMRI malware program. Before I had a chance to get the third computer set up the site went down and I just got a recording saying there was a court order and the company was in receivership. Need to see where to go from here.
