I don't know why it took me from Dec. 2013 until Now. 2014 to find out $29.63 was being taken from my bank account but it did. I thought this amount was for an automatic withdrawal for an insurance policy. There was a pending amount of 29.63 in my current bank info and there was a phone number associated with this transaction. I decided to call the number to see what this place of business was. It turned out to be InstantCheckMate and the customer service rep told me I signed on for an account in Dec. and they had my email address and told me a name I was searching for. I did search a name on that site because it advertised 'search for free'. Well, when I searched for free, it gave me minimal info and said that there were all kinds of records for this person but to go further it would cost a fee. I never signed up to go further - I never gave them an ID or a password for an account. Somehow they got my info and have been taking 29.63 from my bank account every month since Dec. 2013. Now the account is cancelled and they are supposed to pay back the last payment but I never even got a report or nothing on the person I was initially searching for and have never used the service because I didn't know that somehow they put me on an account. BEWARE!!!
