Me and my fried paid 1000 dollar for my papers to be process because he told us that we have to pay 1000 dollars for processing and another $2500 for the final payment. But he never process my papers he did not even communicate with me after he received the payment. He emailed me asking for my passport i gave him my passport after that he never contact me again and my friend keeps on calling him he has lots of stupid excuses and now he won't answer our calls. We have a proof that he received the money because he gave us a paper that he signed. Pls help us.
