The letter said I had won a BMW or take $65,485.00 dollars. This is not the first time a letter has came to me from the Netherlands telling me I had won a big prize. I've lost money to a company in Florida. I received a letter from I.E.R. FROM the Netherlands saying they are a bank and I have 36,000 dollars from a life insurance which has come to term on o7/15/2014 that was subscribed on 07/15/1994 I have no idea what this is.But they want 50. dollars to send it to me. They also sent a bank card with a number. I have lost money on this stuff. and never receive a thing. This is a big scam and it needs to be stopped. I've lost more then 20.00 dollars on this stuff. more like 100.00 Dollars on the ones I have sent money to. All from Kansas City to N.Y.
