The biggest scam I have ever experienced. In September 2014, I ordered a free trial of one bottle of Garcinia Gambogia Pure Select, and one bottle of VitalCleanse. The only charge was postage. I immediately received an email notification of trial offer confirmation with the postage payment taken out of my credit card in September, followed by a shipment notice.

No further purchase has been made since, and no authorization given to them either. I have never ever received another email notification. All of a sudden, a parcel turned up yesterday with one bottle of VitalCleanse. I sensed something was terribly wrong. I quickly looked up my credit card account, and found out that my credit card got charged twice in October, and twice in November with an average of US$100 each time.

I went through the trial offer email again and again, and it was clear that there was no further commitment mentioned. There was absolutely no condition on screen either. However, when I rang up both customer support lines (one for Garcinia Gambogia and one for VitalCleanse), both said sorry because I didn't cancel the account within 14 days, it automatically charged my free trial product. By the way, the market value for the product is around $10 - $20, they charged me almost $100 per bottle. They said that October charge cannot be refunded, but they could refund me 15% of the November charge if I return the goods unopened, undamaged within 16 days. Since I live in Australia, they said I should be a bit wiser not to choose to return the product as the postage would cost me more than $20 and I wouldn't be able to make a total 16-day timeframe. After I put forward a few strong words, they started increasing the refund to 30%, 50%, finally 75%. After a few more strong words, they have provided me a RMA number. But there was no give in on the two lots of money taken out of my credit card account in October.

I have since received a bottle of Garcinia Gambogia in mail. I went to the post office twice today, and returned both bottles. The postage costed me A$42.40 in total.

One thing for sure is that they will not refund two October transactions. I am not confident if they will refund the November transactions either. I cannot cancel my credit card in case they do provide some refund, but I am very worried that they will keep taking money out again even though I have cancelled it completely. I don't trust them.

Can you please help me? Also please let other customers know not to get trapped, and keep away from this company!
