i PURCHASED FREE SKIN CARE ITEMS FOR £2.95P AND £4. 95P AND WAS LATER CHARGED £95.OOP AND £89.00P ON MY BANK ACCOUNT WHEN I PURCHASED THESE THEIR WAS NO MENTION OF ANY OTHER MONIES.
I PHONED SAID COMPANY AND WAS GIVEN A REFUND FOR THE TWO LARGER AMOUNTS. THEY THEN USED MY CARD NUMBER THAT DAY TO CHARGE ME A FURTHER £99.95P AND £95 95P. FOR A REASON I HAVE YET TO FIND OUT. THE DELAY IN MY NOT GETTING IN TOUCH ANY EARLIER IS THAT I HAVE BEEN OF WORK WITH BAD DEPRESSION CAUSED BY THIS AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES. I WOULD APPRECIATE THIS MATTER BE DEALT WITH AS I DO NOT NEED THE WORRY OF THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY BEING TAKEN WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING ORDERED BY MYSELF.
