Thought I was calling Kaspersky to transfer my subscription to my new windows 8 dell computer. Tech said he had to have access to my computer and checked it and said I had malware and had to involve a Microsoft tech thru Sunrise PC Solutions and several costs listed for Microsoft to scan my computer and remove malicious malware. I gave him my credit card no and sec code and was charged $199.99. He half way installed Kaspersky for me and realized later a scam. Called my credit card co and cancelled and will file a dispute. Also, a real Kaspersky agent able to help me and said was a scam that they had no one at the phone no I called!
