I was buying Iobit´s Advanced Systemcare but the PayPal payment processing didn´t went trough two times asking me to put in my personal details even it was stated on their site that it was not necessary.
First time ended in session timeout and second I was thrown back to personal info site after a very long time.

The third time I tried to purchase I did put in my personal details and the purchase succeded.
All ended up with 1 finished purchase and 2 "hanging" purchases in PayPal. My bank billed me 3 times and all ended up me paying total $72,57 instead of initial payment at $24,19.

I was in contact with my european representant at PayPal and this was what he said 14 hours ago and still Avangate hasn´t replayed to my email to them:

As we discussed over the phone as it has done three orders for 24.19 USD at Avangate BV, of which an order has been completed.

To cancel the other two orders, you have to contact the seller, they will be able to find them in their PayPal account. The two transaction ID that applies is 51993391429564710 and 2FU957335S287842F. Also state your email address so they should be able to locate the transactions and cancel them.
