I asked the person if I have a local number do I need this service and I was given a short speech that basically told me I did need to go through your company to get the cheaper calls. I now know I don't have to. I would also like to cancel my account but it keeps saying I need to enter a valid email. I am getting very frustrated. When I called I could not understand the person, and then we got disconnected.
