On our bank statement there was a charge of $19.95 from the Reductiongurumd co. it was a charge from my husbands ATM card. Neither me nor my husband has ever heard of this company, so we looked it up online and still didn't find out any info except for the company policy, which told us nothing about the business. It did however give us a phone number and email address. My husband calls the number just gets a machine asking him if he is Carlos Rodriguz, whom we have never heard of before either. He has left his ph number and a mess to please call him about this mistaken charge but they do not return his call nor do they answer the email he sent.
