I set up an account over the internet for jailcallsusa. I called the first time and I actually spoke to someone and she told me what to do and how it works. I went on the web site like instructed to, I filled out application but I didnt pay for it so I left the site. I didnt even close it so I didnt think they had my info. 3 days later I get an email saying my invoice was due and my boyfriend was calling and asking have I set up the phone everyday so I went ahead and paid for it $32.90.So im going over my transaction cause I was checking the balance on my card I see a pending transaction for $15.00 so I emailed jailcallsusa to inquire about why are they charging my card for $15.00 more I didnt authorize them to do.No response, so I called my bank and gave my bank the number so she called to inquire and she clicked back over and said all she had gotten was a recording prompting her to go to the website they only communicate on the web. So she temporarily suspended my card to stop rhe charges. So I emailed myself this time asking for my number cause I paid 3 days ago and they say it takes 24 hrs. to get a number still no response. So I emailed them
again and asked them where is my number? This time I got a response and was emailed back saying since I was rude, my info will be forwarded to all jails and I will be banned from receiving calls. So I tried to email them back to see what was their problem when I was the one being treated as such...Jailcallsusa had done blocked my email address.Real sad!
