On Oct 9, I was offered product on line for shipping only. I
ordered the product and was billed $9.90 for shipping.

However, when I received my Mastercard bill on Nov 12, I was charged and additional $239.80. I immediately called the company twice. Spoke with 2 different reps.

I told them I had just opened the box and none of the product had been opened , so I would return it to them. I
told them there was no way I could pay this much for face creams.

They told me I could not return it, because the 30 days was up. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were none there. I explained to them that I thought they were trial samples and that I only had to pay the shipping. They said when I accepted the offer I should have seen a Terms
that said I would be charged in 15 days and added to an auto ship plan.

I never saw anything like that anywhere. This company policy is a scam. I went back to the web site to see if I could find it. It is there, but not where you can see it when you order. You have to scroll down below the order site to see
the Terms.
