International boundaries
ordered the online 'trail' sample of day and night cream for £4.99 & £2.99. I received 1 of the creams which I realised was a cheap, thin lotion of something not effective at all. After checking my bank today, I found that they have taken £89.99, £4.99, £2.99 then £95.00! I have contacted the bank and they have advised that there is nothing I can do about this as I have given them my debit card details. I am absolutely devastated.
Please Refund my money. I will be making a post on facebook to warn other people.
