an amount of $35.90 was debited out of my a/c. i phoned the number on the bank statement (132221), the respondent on that line transferred me to someone "who could handle that complaint" who gave me the answer to my qn "what no. should i ring to get you?" the same - i haven't got a special phone number and who also asked if he could present my signature to help make my case (i thought we were now on numbers for credit cards) - i am confused can you help me please
