so anyone dont buy something from this scammer.

OpenVCC is a complete joke. He will openly scam you with his hacked banks and cards. Why this guy is still in business is beyond me. I will have his website personally taken down and filing a notice with his hosting for his thieving scams.
Only person you should trust would be the sellers on the Aspkin forums or Auction Essistance. -
