  • OmniTech Support is not calling this person. We do not make unsolicited outbound calls. No reputable tech support firm or software manufacturer would make such calls. Unfortunately, it is scammers posing as OmniTech Support. Scammers are calling people posing as a technician from a leading software company (like Microsoft or MacAfee), a product based company (like Dell or Sony), or a top-tier tech support company (like OmniTech Support is. Even if a seemingly legitimate caller ID is displayed, please understand that these scammers sometimes rig it so a false number is displayed, even the number of a genuine support organization. This is called “spoofing” a number. OmniTech Support is doing everything we can to find out who is responsible for these scam calls. So is Microsoft. Unfortunately, they are probably not the result of a single person or organization. They appear to be coming from either India, China or Russia. This caller and others who receive these calls should try and note the caller ID (If available) and the time of the call and report it to the Federal Trade Commission. OmniTech Support is not
