called the company. did not even try the product yet. called on the 14 th day within reciveing the product. they said i would have to tell them there was a delay. refused to give me my money back. i did not even open the product yet and they would not let me send it back. told me that o agreeed in the terms and conditions to open the product and use ot right away. big fat scam
