Hello,
I'm not interested to renew the service of AVAST Software, therefore, did not request for renewal. However, on 11/6/14 my bank account was charged by $49.99, without my authorization.
I strongly request that my money is returned to my account and that AVAST immediately stops any intervention with my PC and bank accoun, other than to refund my money.
Thank you in advance for you prompt attention and solution to my request.
